Two-Time Felon Sentenced to 3.75 Years in Bestiality Case.

Christopher Comiskey pleaded guilty to Bestiality and Animal Cruelty for drugging, shaving and sodomizing his roommate’s dog Lucky. Comiskey was sentenced on November 10, 2015, by Judge Jane Eikelberry to 3.75 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections. This case was prosecuted by Deputy County Attorneys Rona Kreamer and Lauren Pylipow.


Tucson man pleads guilty to bestiality charge

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) – A 32-year-old Tucson man has pleaded guilty to bestiality, authorities said.

Kimberly Matas, spokeswoman for the Arizona Superior Court, said Christopher Michael Comiskey entered guilty pleas on charges of bestiality and cruel mistreatment of an animal on Tuesday, Oct. 13.

According to records from the Arizona Court of Appeals, Comiskey was accused of drugging, beating and sodomizing a family dog in March 2014.

Comiskey, who has previous convictions for aggravated assault and trafficking stolen property, will be sentenced Nov. 10.

Bestiality is a Class 6 felony in Arizona.
